Our team of trustworthy elegant staff provide hassle free entertaining in the privacy of your own home, or in our venues that we can source for your specific needs. From flowers throughout your home, scented candles and candelabras, antique silver, crystal, linen etc... we can provide a one stop party shop for you to literally arrive at your own dinner party which we effortlessly and elegantly host, with full post party back up, leaving your home as it was within hours of the function.

Intimate and extravagant weddings, family celebrations, birthdays, high teas, romantic picnic baskets or boat cruises, gourmet beach barbeques, lamb on the spits, you name it, we can do it.  Our personal touch and custom created menu’s and events are perfect for that individual party.


We pride ourselves in the quality of service that we provide to you. We know that waiters can make or break your event and are literally the ‘face of the function’.

Therefore, our waiters are handpicked and personally trained, ensuring only the highest levels of service. They subscribe to a strict behavioural code of conduct that includes no smoking and no cell phones whilst on duty. Our waiters are punctual, professional, courteous, well-groomed and always willing to go the extra mile.

Our team of Front of House Managers and waiters are fully briefed prior to the function and if required, receive information as to any special requests that you may have.

Your event coordinator will consider practical issues such as the number of staff required and the optimum ratio of waiters and barmen to the number of guests to ensure the smooth running of your function.


Full function co-ordination and planning from start to finish, relieving any stress with our twenty years of experience and comprehensive list of reliable suppliers. This would also include budget management and costs containment, full project management and maintenance.

Logistics –  licensing, set up and break down, municipal and provincial requirements and liaise. full structures, generators, crowd control, transport services, toilets and sanitation, medics, first aid etc. (we closed all the main streets around the city hall for three days for an event for 14 000 guests, where we actually astroturfed  all the roads and co-ordinated 15 hours a day entertainment, food and three huge concerts for the world cup)


Décor and sound, lighting, stage – we can provide unlimited amount of decor, from leather lounges, bean bags and blankets, basic tables and chairs, to wall gardens, fountains, egg chairs, ghost chairs, tiffany chairs, swings,  zorba balls, pools, clear marquees, nomadic stretch marquees, carpets, stations, full draping, buttoned panels and lighting. We can do anything. We specialise in digital mapping, full stage rigging, fashion shows and beach events. If it exists, we can source it.
